Urban Ally
Urban Ally is voluntary monthly support for UYWI’s mission. Displayed options are $25, $150, $300 and $450 USD per month. These are donations, not membership dues.
Starting monthly support
Contact our team to arrange monthly giving. An inquiry does not enroll you or authorize any payment. Review and expressly authorize the amount, monthly frequency, first charge date and continuing billing schedule before the arrangement starts.
Continuing authorization
Once you authorize a recurring arrangement, payments follow the schedule disclosed when you enrolled until cancelled. Any change to the amount or frequency requires your authorization. Contact us to update your support or payment details through an appropriate secure channel.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing info@uywi.org or lindsay@uywi.org or calling +1 657 341 6383. Ask before the next scheduled charge whenever possible. Future payments stop when cancellation is processed; a payment already in progress may complete. Request confirmation from our team.
Refunds and receipts
Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. See the Refund Policy for review of duplicate, mistaken or disputed charges. Keep your confirmations and contact us for receipts or corrections.
Benefits and tax treatment
A monthly contribution does not guarantee merchandise, event access or a specific program result. Tax treatment depends on applicable requirements and any benefits actually received; consult your tax advisor.
