Arranging a contribution
Use the support options to contact our team about your chosen purpose or monthly amount. Sending an inquiry does not transfer funds or authorize billing. Before paying, confirm the recipient, purpose, amount, currency and whether the payment is one-time or recurring.
Currency and payment services
Amounts displayed are in USD. Available payment methods and any applicable charges are disclosed by the payment service used for the transaction. This website does not collect card or bank credentials. Do not send such details through the contact form or email.
Payment authorization
Authorize only the amount and frequency you intend. A page visit, a support inquiry or a button click is not evidence of a successful contribution. Retain the payment confirmation and contact us if a receipt is missing or incorrect.
Failed and duplicate transactions
If payment status is unclear, check your confirmation and contact the giving team before trying again. Provide the date, amount and transaction reference so we can investigate duplicate or unsuccessful payments.
Refunds and disputes
See the Refund Policy for how to request a review. You may also contact your financial institution regarding unauthorized transactions or disputes. We do not require you to surrender those rights.
Delivery and returns
This site solicits voluntary support rather than selling shipped goods. Shipping, physical returns and product exchanges do not apply to these contributions. Any separately purchased service is governed by its own terms.
